Latest Liverpool news: Klopp woke up in a garage after celebrating Dortmund’s Bundesliga title win

Jurgen Klopp is one of the most charismatic managers to have ever graced the game.

The former Mainz and Borussia Dortmund manager turned the fortunes around at the two German clubs, and he has done the same for Liverpool too.

The Champions League winners have been incredible under the German, and we seem set to celebrate more titles with Klopp.

The German was seen in party mode during our Champions League parade in Liverpool, and recounted one of his wild night outs.

The manager was speaking about Dortmund’s title win in 2011 for a new Amazon Prime documentary, and recounted that he woke up in a garage on a truck (h/t Liverpool Echo):

“I was really wasted which may have been noticeable in some interviews. And I don’t remember much that makes any sense.

“I do remember one thing. I’m not sure if I ever told anyone. I actually woke up on a truck in the garage. All alone. I remember that, but I have no idea about the hours before that.”

The German concluded by saying that no one questioned what had happened to him, and he simply woke up, got out of the truck and found himself in a “big factory hall”.

Liverpool hoping for one particular trophy under Klopp

The Reds were close to perfect in the Premier League last season, but we missed out on the title by one point.

Hopefully, Klopp can lead us to the one trophy that most Liverpool fans yearn for, and then take part in some crazy festivities.
