Bayern considering making a deal with Liverpool for World Cup-winning winger

Bayern Munich considering a potential offer from Liverpool in the summer window for Kingsley Coman

According to AS (h/t Liverpool Echo), Bayern Munich are open to selling Liverpool target Kingsley Coman in the summer transfer window of 2022. 

Though the German club had no intentions to sell Coman in the past, the new wage demand from the player has changed the scenario. Coman is asking for £12.6m – £13.4m

Though his performance has been good in the past few seasons, Bayern doesn’t want to invest big money in the player. At 25, Coman is in his prime and will be an excellent addition to Jurgen Klopp’s side.

With Coman’s contract expiring in 2023, the German giants are keen to avoid losing him on a free. Having seen David Alaba leave on a Bosman earlier this year, it is understandable.

The Frenchman is a remarkable dribbler and is good at carrying the ball from deep in midfield. His dribbling skills enable him to dribble past opponents and can be an overwhelming force in attack. Coman should fit in well at Anfield should he make the move.

Liverpool has shown great interest in the winger in the past, and recently they were heavily linked with the forward. Jurgen Klopp’s team has some of the big-name forwards in Salah, Mane and Firmino. With the addition of Coman, their team will be much stronger with ample strength in depth.
