The Polish ace has been a consistent performer for Napoli and played a key role in their strong start to the current season. The 27-year-old has already bagged five goals and five assists in 17 matches in Serie A this season.
Liverpool have followed the midfielder’s progress for a long time, even since his Udinese days. But any transfer move for the 27-year-old at this moment seems improbable as his current contract will keep him with the Italians until 2024.
Liverpool midfielder Jordan Henderson has been one of the most critical players in Jurgen Klopp’s squad. The Reds captain’s influence in recent seasons has been immense. On the other hand, the British midfielder is not getting younger.
