Keita has not been able to cement a place in the Liverpool starting eleven mostly due to a plethora of injuries suffered during his tenure.

With one year remaining on his contract, it is likely that this season is the make-or-break season for the player at Liverpool.

If the claims of the Guinea manager are true, it would actually make sense for Keita to get some minutes in and regain match fitness ahead of a tough run of fixtures for Liverpool.
