Real Madrid have a transfer offer ready for Liverpool target Endrick

According to Spanish outlet Marca (h/t Liverpool Echo), Liverpool target Endrick is subject to a move to Spain, with Real Madrid ‘ready’ to submit a bid of £35m for the centre-forward currently employed by Palmeiras.

As per BBC, Liverpool had their scouts in Brazil when the 16-year-old took part in the quarter-finals of the Copa Sao Paulo. The teenager can play on the wings as well, making him an attractive target for managers like Jurgen Klopp, who tends to have a liking to versatile players.

In four appearances in Brazil’s top-tier league, which shares its name with Italy’s top-division, Serie A, Endrick has two goals and an assist. However, he rose to fame with the U20 squad, scoring six goals in seven games for Palmeiras’ age group team.

Real Madrid, at the moment, appears keen to hoard all players Liverpool have on their radar. Last year, Los Blancos beat the Reds to sign Aurelien Tchouameni and are now keen for lightning to strike twice.

Long-term Liverpool target Jude Bellingham also has been linked with a move to the Santiago Bernabeu. And now, Endrick is the latest on the list of players wanted by both clubs.

However, a realistic move for the player seems too far a stretch for Klopp. He would like to believe that there is enough firepower at the club in terms of attackers. Roberto Firmino, Mohamed Salah, Diogo Jota, Luis Diaz and Darwin Nunez are more than just handy to be fair.

With Harvey Elliott and Fabio Carvalho also capable of playing the forward roles when the team needs them to, the only place where Liverpool actually need depth is the midfield and the fans would go berzerk to see a quality midfielder arriving at the club this January or next summer.
