Jude Bellingham is a massive part of the ideal Liverpool revamp as per Simon Jordan
Liverpool FC and their love affair with Jude Bellingham is never-ending. The 19-year-old is a permanent fixture on the Reds’ transfer radar and hopefully, we could get him on board next summer. The Merseysiders are in need of a midfield revamp, and Bellingham could be the answer to their problems.
Bellingham possesses the technical ability required to play in Liverpool’s midfield. He is an excellent passer of the ball, and his range of passing is impressive for someone so young. Jude is also a creative player who can unlock defences with his vision and ability to pick a pass.
He has a high work rate and is always looking to get on the ball and make things happen. He is also a player who is not afraid to put in a tackle and is comfortable playing in a high-pressing system, which is Liverpool’s preferred style of play.
Simon Jordan believes that Jude could be a part of Liverpool’s midfield regeneration that they “clearly need” and here is what he said via Liverpool Echo:
“If we’re led to believe what we’re led to believe, all their energy and economic resources are going to be deployed into buying Jude Bellingham in the summer.
“Some would argue they need a lot more than that but he’s a massive part of the regeneration that Liverpool clearly need.”
Is Jude the Solution to our problems?
Bellingham could add versatility to Liverpool’s midfield. He can play as a central midfielder, as a deep-lying playmaker, or also as a box-to-box midfielder. This versatility obviously makes him a valuable asset to any team he could play for.
Moreover, the inconsistencies in the midfield have more or less led to how the defence and the attack is performing as well and that certainly has taken a toll on the Reds’ performances this season and Jude could change that.
The most basic of all issues he could help negate is Liverpool’s lack of depth in midfield. A number of players are set to leave the club at the end of the season, and most of them are midfielders.
However, with Real Madrid also in the race to get him on board, the Reds should act quickly in their pursuit of Bellingham.
