Bayern star Leroy Sane to take a call on his future amid links with Liverpool
Leroy Sane returning to the Premier League would be a fantastic watch. We all know the magic he is capable of, and under Pep Guardiola at Manchester City, the player fared extremely well. Now, amid the discussions of Mohamed Salah’s long-term future at Liverpool, Sane sees himself linked with a move to the Reds.
Speaking of the Egyptian, the player has been absolutely immense and has played a very important part in the upward trajectory of Liverpool under Jurgen Klopp. His long-term future at the club remains shrouded due to the Saudi Pro League’s steadfast interest in bringing him to the Middle East.
And given that, Liverpool set their sights on Sane to replace Salah at the club in the long term. The 27-year-old German is not new to Premier League football and could do justice if chosen to replace the potentially outgoing Salah in the future.
And amid interest from the Reds, Sane himself wants to make a “fundamental decision” on his future with Bayern Munich next summer. That is as per BILD via ECHO. In 90 Premier League appearances, Sane has 25 goals and 32 assists to his name.

He also has four goals against Liverpool from a total of eight appearances against the Merseysiders. Although Sane is not a bad shout to have on board at the Reds, that would only depend on what Salah does moving forward.
If he decides to stay, the urgency to sign right-wingers will go down significantly. And naturally, if he decides to take up a new challenge, it would become essential for Liverpool to almost immediately fill up that giga void that Mo could potentially leave behind.
Hopefully, the Reds remain prepared for all situations when it comes to transfers including the players of Salah’s and Sane’s stature. Surely not easy to find quick replacements of that level and that is why, we must have enough contingency plans in place.

With Sane all set to take a big decision in the future, the Reds must sit ready for whatever is to come by. Hopefully, that is confirmation from Salah that he’s heading nowhere, but nothing is certain in football. Only time will tell.
