Liverpool midfielder Alexis Mac Allister highlighted his relationship with his teammate Darwin Nunez while praising his work rate
Alexis Mac Allister praised the impressive work ethic that Liverpool forward Darwin Nunez possesses while acknowledging their good mutual relationship. Mac Allister provided a fantastic 99th-minute assist to Nunez last Saturday to beat Nottingham Forest 0-1 at City Ground.

When I play as a No.8 of course, that connection has to be important. He is an amazing guy, he is doing very well and he works very hard. That is why I am very happy for him.”
Nunez faced criticism for missing easy chances this season but his productivity and overall influence have been immense for Liverpool. He has made 38 appearances in all competitions, contributing with 14 goals and 11 assists for the Reds.
