Mohamed Salah and Arne Slot both have the chance to make Liverpool FC history on Saturday afternoon against Nottingham Forest.

The Egyptian Winger can become the first Liverpool player ever to score in all of a Coach’s first four league matches in charge of the club, while Slot could become the first Reds coach to oversee wins without conceding a goal in each of his opening four league games in charge.

The Reds Host Forest at Anfield Today

Arne Slot has had a remarkable start to life at Anfield, having won all the points so far. The Reds comfortably Outclassed Manchester United with a 3-0 win at Old Trafford before the international break.

Alexis Mac Allister could make his 50th appearance for Liverpool in all competitions. If luck and hard work are on their side today, Slot’s men could equal the club record by keeping a clean sheet in each of the opening four league games—a feat last achieved in the 2005-06 season.

Liverpool face a setback as they expect Harvey Elliott to be sidelined until October. Alexis Mac Allister remains fit despite picking up a knock during international duty with Argentina. Curtis Jones is also likely to return, while Federico Chiesa could make his debut for the club.

Forest will miss midfielder Danilo, who sustained a gruesome injury during their draw with Bournemouth on the opening weekend. Willy Boly may also be doubtful due to a calf injury he picked up while on international duty.
