Mohamed Salah will force a move away from Liverpool in the summer as La Liga giants Real Madrid have been keeping an eye on the former AS Roma man.

A report from Don Balon (h/t the Express) suggests that Salah views moving to Madrid as a once in a lifetime opportunity and wants to seal a move in the summer even though the Reds are not planning to sell the 25-year-old.

The report from the Spanish outlet also claims that Madrid want to get rid of players such as Karim Benzema and Gareth Bale, come the end of the season.

Salah was on the scoresheet again, this time at West Bromwich Albion. The Egyptian scored his 31st goal of the Premier League season and has scored 41 in all competitions for the Reds.

Losing Salah, even after one season, would be a big blow for us given that he seems like a natural fit for our side and has hit the ground running, with his goals not drying up.

Any club wanting to sign Salah would have to pay a crazy fee and we will have a big hole to fill in next season if he leaves. However, in my opinion, Salah wouldn’t leave us after just one season as we are performing so well, even in the Champions League.

The project seems exciting and we are not far away from challenging for the Premier League title.
