The German is a highly rated goalkeeper and is just 23 years old. Liverpool manager, Jurgen Klopp, exactly knows how good ter Stegen is. In 2013, when Klopp’s Dortmund faced rivals Borussia Monchengladbach, Stegen’s heroics helped the Monchengladbach to a 2-0 victory.
