Liverpool and Everton has always shared a certain rivalry over the years. Both the clubs having originated from Merseyside has had that special flair of competitiveness between them that can be well felt in the air during the derby matches.
Now that rivalry is expected to continue in this summer’s transfer market. The clubs are set to battle it out for the signature of Arkadiusz Milik according to Estadio Deportivo. The player has scored 24 goals in all competition for Ajax this season and being only 22 years old is definitely a handsome catch for any Premier League club.
Liverpool will most likely let go of Cristian Benteke in the summer after the Belgian failed to impress. The blue side of the Everton on the other hand faces a different challenge. Romelu Lukaku is most likely going to leave Everton after a host of different Premier League clubs and European giants are showing interest in the player.
