Liverpool Ahead Of Arsenal And Other Premier League Rivals To Sign ‘The Next Gareth Bale’

Liverpool are reportedly heading the queue to sign Fulham teenager Ryan Sessegnon, who has become one of the hottest properties in English football at this moment. A number of top clubs including Manchester United, Chelsea, Manchester City, and Tottenham are thought to be interested in the 16-year-old, who is widely expected to leave Fulham in the summer.

He will not be able to sign a professional contract with the Championship club till he is 17 years old, and this will not happen until May. However, Sessegnon is believed to have been made clear of the enormous transfer interest and it could spark a bidding war in order to sign him.

Sessegnon is certainly on the verge of making history after firmly establishing himself in the Fulham first-team. The 16-year-old recently became the first player born after 2000 to score in the Championship. Left back is a troublesome position for Liverpool at the moment. Midfielder James Milner has had to fill in this role, as a result of manager Jurgen Klopp losing faith in Alberto Moreno. It is widely expected that the Spaniard would leave the club in the summer, while Milner is also not in the right side of 30.
