Premier League giants Liverpool have submitted an offer of €70 million for AS Roma goalkeeper Alisson Becker, reports Italian news outlet Il Messagero.
Liverpool are eager to sign a new No.1 this summer after Loris Karius and Simon Mignolet failed to convince last season. Alisson has emerged as our club’s top target as Jurgen Klopp
must fix the goalkeeper conundrum once and for all.And there have been promising signs pointing to an imminent departure for Alisson, who has removed AS Roma from his Instagram bio. The shot-stopper’s agent, Ze Maria Neis, has also sent the Reds’ fans on a meltdown by liking a photoshopped image of Alisson on Instagram that portrays the player in half a Roma kit and the other half in a Liverpool jersey.
For months, there has been intense speculation over Alisson’s future but it could be resolved this month after our club tabled an eye-popping offer. The 26-year-old has established himself as one of the best goalkeepers across Europe. In fact, Alisson started for Brazil at the World Cup in Russia ahead of Manchester City’s star goalkeeper Ederson.

Things are indeed looking positive for the Reds, who had confirmed a deal for Naby Keita
earlier. This summer, we have added Fabinho and Xherdan Shaqiri to our ranks and Alisson could be our third signing. If we complete a deal for the star goalkeeper, we could be one of the teams to watch out for in the 2018/19 Premier League campaign.Souness warns Liverpool regarding the Klopp favourite uncertain future amid Arne Slot arrival Liverpool legend…
