“He makes 100 metre sprints per minute” – Jose Mourinho “tired” of watching Liverpool star after 3-1 loss

Liverpool defeated Manchester United 3-1 at Anfield and Jose Mourinho admitted after the game that we had better players compared to the Red Devils.

Almost every single Liverpool star played out of their socks to get the win. The Portuguese manager even claimed he was tired of seeing Andy Robertson

run up and down the pitch.

The United manager lauded our players for being technical and physical, which is something his players lacked.  Speaking after the game, the beaten manager said (h/t Telegraph

):

“Robertson, Mane, Salah, Wijnaldum, Keita, Fabinho. They are physical players and on top of that they are good players technically.

“I also have lot of good players technically but we don’t have lots of players with that intensity, that physicality, so when the game has high levels of intensity it is difficult for us.”

The former Porto manager added that our team was similar to his side from Portugal and highlighted Robertson’s energy.

“They are fast, they are intense, they are aggressive, they are physical, they have an objective. They play 200 miles per hour with and without the ball. I am still tired just looking at Robertson. He makes 100 metre sprints per minute, absolutely incredible.”

It is unbelievable that Mourinho decided to praise the opposition but the Portuguese is spot on with his assessment.

Klopp has a plan in place and he has the right players as well. Fabinho, Robertson and Wijnaldum are showing what they can do for the side despite making slow starts to their careers at Anfield.

We are in great form as a tough run of festive fixtures come calling but we have the tools to come out unscathed and stay on top of the table.
