Latest Liverpool news: Reds prepare for final Premier League game of the season against Wolves

Liverpool know a win at Anfield coupled with a draw or defeat for Manchester City on the final day of the season could hand them the Premier League crown.

The Reds face Wolves at home, which isn’t an easy tie, while City face already safe Brighton at the Amex.

Liverpool will be revved up for the clash after their heroics against Barcelona in the Champions League.

The Reds reached the final after a 4-0 win in the second leg of the semi-final, and Divock Origi was one of the heroes on the night.

The Belgian scored a brace while Georginio Wijnaldum also got a pair in the incredible win over the Catalans.

Alisson was also one of the stars at Anfield on Tuesday. The Brazilian kept Lionel Messi out by making several saves and needs to be at his best in the final two games of the campaign.

Salah back in training

Liverpool face Spurs in the final of the Champions League and we should have Mohamed Salah back for the clash against Wolves.

The Egyptian missed out after suffering a head injury against Newcastle and the Reds will also count on Sadio Mane to get a goal or two against Wolves.

Our defence needs to be on its mark against a tough Wolves side and we can count on that with Virgil van Dijk in excellent form.

The Dutch defender will also count on Trent Alexander-Arnold doing his bit as the right-back.

The English youngster was excellent against Barcelona and his crosses will be a threat throughout the game on Sunday.

Jordan Henderson and James Milner were also pictured in training. The pair did a fantastic job of nullifying the Barcelona midfield and they should feature for us at Anfield.

The Reds need some luck to overcome the one-point advantage City have over us in the table. The season has been filled with miracles for Liverpool, and hopefully, one more lies for us at Anfield on Sunday.
