Andy Robertson is arguably the best left-back in the world. The Scot joined Liverpool from Hull City and has improved a lot under Jurgen Klopp.
Robbo has formed a great partnership with Sadio Mane on the left side of the team and is one of the most consistent players.
The 25-year-old is also the captain of Scotland and can whip in some great crosses for our attackers.
It shouldn’t come as a surprise if some big clubs track our players and Real Madrid seem to be interested in Robbo.
Defensa Central (h/t Liverpool Echo) claims that the La Liga giants want to sign the Scot.
Real have been scouting Robbo for a while and see him as Marcelo’s replacement (h/t Liverpool Echo).
The Brazilian is another quality attacking full-back but at 31, Real could do with a younger player in his position.
The Reds have some of the best players in the world and given our success on and off the pitch, it is unlikely that we would sell Robertson.
The Scot will only get better in the years to come and has been excellent over the past year or so.
Liverpool have two amazing attacking full-backs in the side and replacing them will be tough, even if we are paid a bucket-load for them.
The Reds also seem set for more titles in the coming years and it wouldn’t make sense for Robbo to leave us any time soon.
