Liverpool will have no issues meeting the wage demands of Ryan Gravenberch

Simon Mullock of the Mirror reports that Liverpool will not have any issues in meeting the wage demands of their transfer target Ryan Gravenberch.

A few days ago, Jonathan Northcroft the Times reported that the Reds accelerated their interest in signing the Dutch international and met with his father, Ryan senior, who takes care of his career.

Gravenberch is on £100,000-per-week wage after taxes at Bayern Munich. Liverpool would have to offer somewhere close to £200,000-per-week to match those terms. The report reveals that the Reds have no qualms about forking that out.

In terms of the transfer fee, the club is hoping that Bayern will be ready to do the business if recoup the £16.3m spent on the 20-year-old last summer.

The Dutch international is open to a move to Anfield to rejuvenate his career after a stuttering first season in the German capital.

As if Bayern do not have enough options, they are set to add Konrad Laimer on a free transfer in the summer to further bulk up their midfield. Keeping that in mind, they shouldn’t be having much of a problem letting go of Gravenberch once Liverpool agree to pay the required transfer fee.

The wage structure is an important part of players signing deals. If the Reds are happy with what the 20-year-old would demand, they are in the ascendancy to get this move done.

The former Ajax star is a versatile midfield player who can operate anywhere across the central regions of the field and do well. He is physically and aerially strong along with his technical ability on the ball.
