Liverpool target Ryan Gravenberch departure from Bayern Munich ‘almost inevitable’

Bayern Munich midfielder and Liverpool transfer target Ryan Gravenberch is likely to leave the Allianz Arena this summer.

According to Sport 1’s Kerry Hau and as quoted by Soccernews via ECHO, there is a strong possibility that Ryan Gravenberch will depart after just one season with the German giants. The uncertainty surrounding his future remains heightened by the fact that he is a ‘Salihamidzic signing’ from Ajax’s academy.

It is crucial for Bayern Munich manager Thomas Tuchel to present a clear plan and vision for the 21-year-old if they want to retain the talented midfielder. Otherwise, a move to the Premier League becomes a realistic possibility, with Liverpool reportedly showing interest in acquiring his services.

In recent weeks, Bayern Munich have been linked with West Ham United’s highly sought-after midfielder, Declan Rice. That is something that could certainly pave the way for an exit if Gravenberch wishes to leave the Allianz Arena.

Gravenberch to Anfield?

Liverpool’s interest in Gravenberch signifies their ambition to bolster their midfield options for the upcoming season. The 21-year-old Dutchman has showcased immense potential and technical ability during his time at Ajax and has drawn attention from top clubs across Europe.

If Gravenberch becomes available, Liverpool will likely face competition from other Premier League sides in pursuit of his signature. His versatility and skill set surely make him an attractive prospect for any team looking to strengthen their midfield.
