Don Balon, a Spanish outlet has reported that Barcelona has received offer for Ter-Stegen from Liverpool. The offer is said to be of €24 million. Jurgen Klopp is not very happy with Simon Mignolet and will look for a better goalkeeper in spite of Mignolet signing a new contract recently.
On the other hand Ter-Stegen has played only four league games this season and is desperate for some more game time.
