As per the reports from Metro, Liverpool are in an advanced stage of talk with Bayern Munich over the transfer of Mario Gotze.
The German World Cup winner has become increasingly frustrated with a lack of game time at Allianz Arena and is said to be keen to reunite with Jurgen Klopp, his old manager who is currently in Liverpool. Last month even Pep Guardiola had said that the future of Gotze is completely up to the player to decide indicating that a move may very well be in the making.
Mario Gotze, 23-year-old, is definitely not happy to be in the long term plan of Bayern Munich and he also has been criticized by Bayern management earlier which stated that the player has not developed. He has been considered as one of the brightest young prospects of Europe and definitely has the potential to be a world-class player if he is given opportunity. Well he may have to come to Liverpool for that.
