According to A Bola, the Portuguese media, Liverpool are interested in signing Marlos Moreno in the summer transfer window from Atletico Nacional.
The Reds are set to battle it out with PSG and FC Porto for the striker. With Christian Benteke closer to an exit after failed season at Anfield and also with reports of Mario Balotelli’s exit, Liverpool will be left with only Daniel Sturridge and Roberto Firmino in the established forward list. Klopp is interested in adding more depth to the attack and as per the report has shortlisted Moreno as a candidate.
The player is only 19 year old and managed two international caps already. Also he has proven his ability at Copa Libertadores by scoring three goals and providing two assists in that tournament. Add to that the fact that he is playing at the South American league he could be a bargain deal for Jurgen Klopp.
