4. A World-Class Midfielder is needed
Liverpool’s midfield was completely exposed in the first half as Milner was not able to cope up and dominate proceedings. Since the departure of Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard, the Reds have lacked that authority in the midfield. Henderson has the abilities but he does not stand as tall as Gerrard. Emre Can has shown a lot of promise this season but you cannot rely only on him. He needs support from someone with class, experience and the ability to drive and lead the team. Jurgen Klopp will surely try and fill this gap in the summer transfer window.
