Thomas Lemar, the 20-year midfielder has caught much attention this season by scoring 5 goals in 23 Ligue 1 appearance and further three assists. After entering the Ligue 1 club in 2015 from Caen, this was Lemar first full season and he has emerged as one of the finest players.
His performance has attracted a lot of clubs including Atletico Madrid, Bayern Munich and Manchester city. It is also reported that Liverpool has contact Lemar’s representatives to discuss about his move to Anfield.
Monaco has sold Anthony Martial last summer to Manchester United at £36 Million are now not willing not make a deal lower than that. They are surely looking for a fee higher than what they received for Martial.
Whether Lemar wants a move to the Reds is still a question however it is very likely that we may get to see him at Anfield in this season.
