Survey Reveals Liverpool Have A Upper Hand In Luring Bundesliga Players Than Any Other Premier League Club

As per a survey carried out by Kicker, one of the top magazines in Germany, Liverpool is the most preferred destination for Bundesliga players if they want a transfer. The survey was conducted among 235 Bundesliga players and 9.8% of the players chose Liverpool as the most favored option.

Other Premier League clubs were at a safe distance with Arsenal at 6% and Manchester United at 5.1%. Only Barcelona, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich scored higher than Liverpool across the continent. The effect can surely be attributed to the arrival of Jurgen Klopp at Anfield.

The survey portrays a correct picture as Liverpool has already signed Joel Matip and Loris Karius relatively easily. Klopp is also therefore most likely to land players like Mario Gotze, Mahmoud Dahoud and other Bundesliga stars. The German manager is highly regarded having transformed Borussia Dortmund into a powerhouse few years ago. Klopp’s signature signing Lewandowski and Mkhitaryan also featured in the survey as the top players in the league.
