“Needs to wake up”, “Heaps of potential but doesn’t show it” – Some Liverpool fans unsure about youngster moving on loan to Reading

Liverpool youngster Ovie Ejaria is set for another loan spell, this time in England, as the Liverpool Echo claims Reading is his destination.

The 21-year-old was at Rangers for the first half of the campaign but things did not work out for the Englishman, and he returned to the Reds.

The midfielder scored two goals for the Scottish giants from 28 games, and it will be interesting to see how he plays in the Championship with the Royals.

Reading need some help as they look to avoid relegation. The Royals are 23rd in the Championship and have won just four games from 26 this season.

Ejaria would look to help out in the goals scored column too with the Championship strugglers scoring just 14 times in the league.

The Liverpool star needs to have a quality second half of the season if he wants to be part of our plans in the next campaign.

Ryan Kent, Marko Grujic and Harry Wilson have all done well with their respective clubs this season, and some Liverpool fans weren’t sure of the youngster doing well at Reading.
