The Telegraph reports that Liverpool striker Roberto Firmino is a doubt for the Merseyside derby at the weekend.
The Brazilian rolled his ankle in the 0-0 draw against Manchester United and had to be replaced in the first half by Daniel Sturridge.
The Reds struggled to break down the home side despite United making three substitutions in the first half.
The report adds that Firmino left Old Trafford on crutches and it is to be seen if he recovers ahead of the clash against Watford and Everton this week.
We play the Hornets on Wednesday before taking on the Toffees on Sunday.
Although Firmino hasn’t been in great goalscoring form for us this season, the Brazilian is crucial to our style of play.
The forward missing from the team also puts Klopp in a bit of a pickle regarding how to set up the attack.
Mohamed Salah has played as the central attacker several times this season and we could start Xherdan Shaqiri on the right.
Additionally, Naby Keita has also played on the left side of the attack with Sadio Mane switching flanks and attacking down the right.
Liverpool’s point at Old Trafford took them to the top of the table, and the pressure is on to keep Manchester City at bay.
