Liverpool were close to their attacking best in the 4-2 win over Burnley. The Reds could have scored more against tough opposition, but it was a little upsetting to see us concede two poor goals.
The first one should have been ruled out after a foul on Alisson. The second goal was just poor play all around as Burnley had a sniff of getting a point at Anfield.
Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino scored braces for us in the win, and the Senegal star should have picked up a hat-trick in the game.
The Senegal star had the entire goal to aim for when the ball was whipped into his path. However, he missed from a couple of yards out and the ball went into touch.
Andy Robertson was waiting to smash the ball in and posted a cheeky message to Mane.
The Scotsman has been brilliant for us throughout the season, and his deliveries from the left were great on Sunday.
Robbo embodies what most of us love in a player as he is 100% committed to the cause and has quality too.
The 24-year-old also made some great overlapping runs down the left, and one another day he would have picked up a goal or an assist.
The Scotland captain has 10 assists to his name in all competitions but hasn’t scored once this season.
