The Daily Mail reports that Liverpool
will earn £98.1m should they lift the Champions League by defeating Tottenham.The report claims that this would be a record earning for a Premier League side from the competition and the Reds will earn at least £94.6m should Spurs win the trophy.
Tottenham are guaranteed to earn £89.5m and could bag up to £93m if they win the competition.
The Daily Mail provided a breakdown of the earnings for the Reds as they beat the likes of PSG and Napoli in the group while picking up important away wins against Bayern Munich and Porto in the knockout rounds.
Liverpool will play their second straight Champions League final and should be favourites to lift the title against Spurs.
The Daily Mail adds that the Reds picked up £13.5m for making it into the group stage, £7.9m for their performance in the group stage, £8.4m and £9.2m for their wins in the round of 16 and the quarter-final stage.
The Reds picked up a further £10.6m for their semi-final performance and will earn at least £13.2m for reaching the final. The report adds that Liverpool
