Liverpool have announced MG Motor as their official global car partner and have renewed their relationship with the vehicle company.
The company was Liverpool’s official automotive partner earlier, and the renewal sees the partnership between the pair continue.
The release from Liverpool adds that the new deal will see MG push their awareness and growth to several markets, including Europe, Asia, North America, South America, Australia, North Africa, the Middle East and many more.
The release adds that MG will have access to Liverpool merchandise, advertising, digital and social support.
First-team accessibility to players and club hospitality will also be provided to the automotive company, as per the release.
The tie–up would also see Liverpool legends attend the Motor Show in China, the creation of limited edition club branded vehicles and a television commercial.
Liverpool have completed several sponsorship deals under FSG, and Billy Hogan, the club’s MD, was pleased with the new deal:
“As partners, we have brought some incredible opportunities to our fans and chances for them to get closer to the action. I’m looking forward to seeing what else we can achieve now that our focus becomes global.”
Michael Yang, the MD of SAIC Motor International Business, echoed Hogan’s comments and believed special experiences would be provided to fans across the globe.
Liverpool are one of the biggest clubs in the world, and it should come as no surprise that we are completing sponsorship deals.
