Jordan Henderson urges fans to use YNWA spirit amidst coronavirus fears
In an endearing video message shared by Liverpool’s official Twitter account, club captain Jordan Henderson has a message for the many fans whose lives have been brought to a standstill due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Countries across the world are currently in lockdown mode to prevent the virus from spreading but such measures have yielded little to no results, with the number of cases increasing drastically with every passing day.
Amidst widespread paranoia and fear about the disease – as well as the plummeting economy – Henderson’s message does come as a beacon of hope.
‘We can use the spirit of YNWA to support each other’ ❤️

He urged the fans to stay at home and stay safe, suggesting that this is the only way we can all come out stronger. The midfielder gave a shout-out to the frontline warriors – medical staff, in particular – and said that their impact has been very powerful.
While beseeching fans to stay positive despite all the turmoil, he brought light to our club’s famous “You’ll Never Walk Alone” song and added that this is the perfect time to draw inspiration from the sayings and be there for each other as a community.
Henderson also requested the fans to pay heed to the instructions from medical professionals and believe that the situation will get better in the near future.

This is a classy move by the captain indeed. Millions of people have been affected by the lockdowns – not to mention, the ones who are actually fighting the disease and the ones taking care of the patients.
