)Eden Hazard is set to miss both legs of the clash. The Belgian winger has had a series of injury problems this season and will not feature in his club’s last-8 encounter against Liverpool.
Right-back Daniel Carvajal is also a major doubt for both legs due to a hamstring problem. As for Federico Valverde, his availability for the clash is ‘touch and go’.
While the 22-year-old Uruguayan midfielder recovers from his muscular problems, his partner in midfield, Toni Kroos, is also a doubt for the first leg on Tuesday in Madrid.
The former Bayern Munich midfielder withdrew from the German squad during the international break due to an abductor issue.
