Liverpool target Jude Bellingham reveals money will not be deciding factor when deciding next club

Speaking to England’s official Youtube channel (h/t Liverpool Echo), Borussia Dortmund midfielder and Liverpool transfer Jude Bellingham has revealed that money will not be a deciding factor when it comes to choosing his next move.

Bellingham starred in England’s 6-2 win over Iran in their first group-stage game of the FIFA World Cup 2022 and capped the performance off with a wonderful goal.

Since his move to Borussia Dortmund, Bellingham has really come on his own and many predict a big move for the player in the future, with Liverpool also seriously interested.

The player now reveals that money is not a deciding factor for him when it comes to choosing his next move but rather a club which provides the perfect path for his development. Speaking about how his father who was a non-league player is an inspiration to him, the player says:

Fabrizio Romano: Jude Bellingham remains the top Liverpool target among other midfielders.

“I would sit in the stands and people would always talk about the goals he scored, this goal or that goal against this team and that was always nice to hear, you know.”

“Beyond the money and all of that rubbish, that’s the feeling I want from football. I want to win as much as possible and make people enjoy watching me and hopefully, I am doing that.”

What has been really intriguing about the young sensation has not been just the talent on the pitch but how he has conducted himself off the pitch as well, showing maturity way beyond his years.

Birmingham City were mocked when they retired Bellingham’s jersey number when the player made the move to Dortmund but now it is pretty understandable why they made such a move.

He is destined to reach the very top if he continues his development in the same manner as he has done in the past two years and with a wonderful World Cup showing, his stock is only going to rise up.

Liverpool ready to go ‘all-in’ for long-term transfer target Jude Bellingham.

It would not be easy to convince the player to move to Anfield with many top clubs including our rivals Manchester United and European giants Real Madrid interested in acquiring his services.

If Bellingham does decide to move on from Dortmund, his transfer could potentially be one of the biggest sagas of the transfer window and one to definitely keep an eye on. He is a player worthy of succeeding Steven Gerrard here.

Big claim, but he is the closest thing to Stevie G us Reds fans can dream of from afar.
