Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is on to his first pre-season recruitment at the Reds. The German manager is looking to bolster the Reds midfield this summer, having already signed Marko Gurijic, the Reds are linked with a potential move involving Piotr Zielinski. Further, a new name to be connected to the Reds is that of Hector Herrera.
According to the reports, Liverpool are ready to pay the demanded amount of money for Herrera, for a potential transfer, that is 25 million Euros ($28million). While Napoli were seriously interested in signing the player they were ready to offer 20 million Euros for the player’s services. Thus the Reds stole the deal. However, one cannot ignore the fact that reports claiming that the Reds have sealed the deal with
Herrera came a few weeks back and so far there seems to be only claims of the same. A central and attacking midfielder Herrera has 9 goals and six assists to his credit last season in 29 appearances for the Primiera Liga side.
