Joyce also referenced Southampton central defender Virgil van Dijk as Liverpool’s other ‘number one’ target, thereby reiterating the likelihood of the club spending big money to bring the pair to Anfield.

Keita has been mighty influential for the German club and has been having an outstanding season. Keita has scored 8 goals and 8 assists in just 28 appearances. Considering that the guy is a central midfielder, the numbers are remarkable. He is versatile and can play anywhere across the midfield.
