Liverpool youngster Trent Alexander-Arnold might be going to the World Cup after a fantastic season for the Reds but he still has time for his fans and his latest gesture certainly has won him a number of fans across England.
The 19-year-old has the longest name in the England squad and a fan tweeted the problem with putting up Alexander-Arnold on the back of the shirt as each letter costs £1, which is a fair bit to pay.
Some users even suggested the fan to put up “TAA” to sort out the issue.
However, without even tagging the Liverpool player or expecting any help, Trent did his bit by asking the fan to message him his shirt size and details, which the fan tweeted again.
This just proves how grounded the Liverpool man is. Even as he prepares for possibly the biggest moment in his fledgeling career, acts like this will help him become more loved and respected not only by the Liverpool fans but also by fans from other clubs.
Trent still has a lot of time on his hands and could turn out to be one of the best players to have come out of the Liverpool academy in years. Hopefully, he will stay as humble and helpful to the fans and lead us to a number of trophies in the coming years.
