Liverpool star Sadio Mane reached a milestone in our 4-1 win over Cardiff City at the weekend. The Senegal attacker scored a brace at Anfield and notched up 50 Premier League goals.
Mane became the first Senegalese to achieve the 50 PL goal mark and is the seventh African to reach that number.
Mane signed from Southampton at the start of the 2016-17 season and has scored more than 13 goals in both his full campaigns at Anfield.
The former Saint bagged 21 Premier League goals for his previous club and has 29 in the league for the Reds.
His pace and trickery have made him one of the most feared attackers in the league, and he seems set for another stellar season in this campaign.
Mane has formed a formidable attacking unit with Roberto Firmino and Mohamed Salah by his side. The 26-year-old has six goals from nine Premier League appearances this season and several Liverpool fans were pleased at his latest achievement.
