“Sensational ball carrier”, “Was outstanding” – Some Liverpool fans hail MOTM in 3-1 win over Burnley

Naby Keita didn’t get a goal in the 3-1 win over Burnley but he was our brightest player on the park. The summer signing has struggled with various injuries this season and hasn’t started too many games but he looked quality against the Clarets.

Liverpool have missed a midfielder who can run with the ball and link well with the attackers, something that Keita is known for.

The Reds started without any of their fab three, but Keita was the lone bright spark in the team. Once Mohamed Salah

and Roberto Firmino came on, the Guinea midfield seemed to play a lot more, and even saw an effort saved brilliantly from Joe Hart.

The 23-year-old didn’t record a goal or an assist in the win but he was named the Man of the Match, and many Liverpool fans shared their praise for the midfielder.
