Liverpool and Bayern Munich to battle for Adama Traore

Liverpool are set to face competition from Bayern Munich in the pursuit of Wolves winger Adama Traore. This is according to reputed journalist Duncan Castles, who has claimed that the German giants have rekindled their interest in Traore on his Transfer Window Podcast (h/t Birmingham Mail).

Traore, a product of Barcelona’s famed La Masia academy, has been one of Wolves’ most dangerous players this season. After years of showing promise and potential, the winger has stepped it up a notch this season, producing a return of 6 goals and 1o assists in 43 matches

The 24-year-old has completed the most number of take-ons in the Premier League this season (144). This kind of form has led to Traore attracting interest from a number of clubs, including Liverpool. And now, Bayern Munich have also joined the hunt for the Wolves star (h/t Birmingham Mail).

Signing someone like Traore would address that problem for Liverpool. However, there will be questions over his suitability to Klopp’s style of play, given that he plays in a predominantly counter-attacking system at Wolves.
