Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp admits that while he would like a new midfielder, the decision is not his to make

According to the Liverpool Echo Liverpool manager, Jurgen Klopp expressed his desire to bring in a new midfielder but admitted to “not being in charge” when it comes to making signings.
