Liverpool have brought in seven new players into the squad this summer and as of now it cannot be said that the Reds are done with the transfers. Here are a few more rumors linked with the Reds this summer.

Liverpool youngster Taiwo Awoniyi is set to join Dutch side NEC Nijmegen on loan after not being able to get the work permit. The player, who spent the last season at the German side, is expected to get the work permit with regular appearances.

Further Barnsley has confirmed the signing of Liverpool youngster Ryan Kent on loan. The player spent the first half of the last season on loan at Coventry City and managed to impress all which led to Klopp calling him back. He made a few appearances for the Reds early on in the cup. However, he’s since done well in pre-season and impressed his manager, who’s now keen to test him out on loan.

Jetro Willems

Further, according to reports from ESPN, the Merseysiders are not interested in signing PSV full-back Jetro Williams after the Dutchman seems to hint on a move to Anfield. Willems is entering the final year of his contract at PSV Eindhoven and sources have told ESPN FC that the 22-year-old is ready to move on in search of a new challenge.

PSV are reluctant to lose Willems but are willing to cash in on the full-back this summer rather than let the player run down his contract at the Philips Stadion.
