Adrien Rabiot has rejected a third Paris Saint-Germain contract, according to Paris United (h/t Get French Football News).
The Frenchman rejected a €7.2m-a-year deal with bonuses thrown in, as per the report, and the player would be a free agent next season.
Liverpool have been linked with a move for the French midfielder (h/t ESPN) and a number of other clubs are interested in the 23-year-old too.
The Reds are blessed with midfield talent at the moment but signing someone with his potential is a no-brainer.
Liverpool have to think about replacing older players like Adam Lallana and James Milner in the coming years and the Frenchman could be a perfect fit for Jurgen Klopp’s style at the club.
A number of fans were excited at the latest developments and some believed the Frenchman is on his way to Anfield soon.
