The Guinea midfielder injured his groin in the first half against the Catalans, and the report
claims that the Reds’ medical staff fear he is done for the season.The midfielder had been in decent touch recently and had scored three goals for the Reds since the start of April.
Keita’s injury will be a bit of a blow to the Reds as they have three more games remaining in the season, should they not make it to the Champions League final.
The Reds have a huge task as they need to overturn a 3-0 deficit from the first leg against the Catalans, but their attention has to be on Newcastle at the weekend.
