Harry Wilson came off the bench to score an incredible free-kick for Bournemouth against Manchester City.
The Welsh star, who is on loan from Liverpool, scored in Bournemouth’s 2-1 win over Aston Villa last week but did not start against City.
The Premier League champions started brightly and scored via Sergio Aguero before Raheem Sterling made it 2-0.
Wilson replaced the injured Charlie Daniels after the Bournemouth defender picked up a serious knee injury, and got a chance to impress just a couple of minutes after Sterling scored.
Bournemouth were handed a free-kick just outside the box, and Wilson let it rip. The strike was unstoppable as the ball curled into the net and left Ederson grasping at air.
The winger has made a name for himself, thanks to such free-kicks, and he scored a similar goal at Old Trafford last season too. Derby ended up beating Manchester United in the Carabao Cup, but Bournemouth were unable to get the better of City.
Aguero scored in the 64th minute to end the game, but Wilson was one of the best performers on the day. The Welshman has now scored in back-to-back games and it will be interesting to see if he continues playing at this level.
Many Liverpool fans loved the goal from Wilson, with some backing him to return to Anfield and do well under Jurgen Klopp.
