Liverpool can breathe a sigh of relief as Mohamed Salah is expected to be back after the international break, according to the Mirror.
The Egyptian was tackled from behind by Hamza Choudhury in the final minutes against Leicester City and had to be subbed off.
Salah hobbled off the pitch and suggested that he had an ankle problem (h/t Mirror
). However, the Egyptian was unsure how serious his injury was.Jurgen Klopp also couldn’t provide a definitive update but medics checked the forward out and eased the fears of a serious injury (h/t Mirror).
The report adds that the Liverpool star will be treated during the international break and should be back in action.
The Egyptian wasn’t at his best against Leicester City but created several chances for the Reds. Liverpool have some tough games coming up after the break, with Manchester United, Tottenham and Manchester City on the horizon.
