As the deadline draws near, the urgency is increasing for the Reds to make a move. La Gazzetta du Fennec that manager Arne Slot is taking the lead in Liverpool’s efforts to sign Feyenoord’s striker.

Liverpool have been reported to be keeping an eye on Feyenoord winger Anis Hadj Moussa, according to Africa Foot. The 22-year-old Algerian international has impressed the Reds with his strong start to the Eredivisie season improving at a rapid pace. Liverpool eyeing move for the star winger, Anis Hadj Moussa

Moussa, the 22-year-old winger, joined the club just before Arne Slot’s departure to Liverpool, initially taking on a minor role under new manager Brian Priske. However, the Paris-born winger has since emerged as a crucial player, netting six goals and providing two assists in 19 appearances this season, demonstrating his talent on both domestic and European stages.

Liverpool are actively exploring the option of bringing Moussa to Anfield, with a summer transfer appearing more probable than a winter one. Barry Hunter, Liverpool’s head of recruitment, is managing the discussions and maintaining regular communication with Moussa’s agent, Mohamed Dahmane. The Reds aim to finalize the deal for Moussa in the summer, with a fee of €12m, although this amount could increase if the player continues to shine in the upcoming months.
