Targeting versatile operators who can play in attacking midfield and across the forward line has been somewhat of a trend with Liverpool ever since Arne Slot’s arrival.
To that end, we have seen Liverpool sign Federico Chiesa and be linked with Rayan Cherki. However, it looks like another one of their targets in this regard could be subject to a formal approach in the summer.

Liverpool ready to go “all out” for Brahim Diaz in the summer
As reported by Football365, Liverpool are ready to go big on Real Madrid forward Brahim Diaz in the summer transfer window.
Having moved to Madrid six years ago from Man City, Diaz has failed to nail a starting spot for himself, even after a three-season loan spell with AC Milan.
In the current star-studded setup of Los Blancos, the Morocco international has made 28 appearances across all competitions, scoring three goals and delivering six assists. The 25-year-old’s current contract with Real Madrid runs until June 2027.
TKT Opinion
Diaz has had moments in the six years he has been on Real Madrid’s books, but it’s probably at Milan where he came close to having a settled starting XI berth.
With two years remaining on his contract, and given his distance from Los Blancos’ selection of first-choice forwards, it’s unlikely he’d cost Liverpool an arm and leg, which is just as well given they’ll be needing to focus their principal efforts deep in midfield and possibly at right-back.

Diaz is a versatile forward capable of playing centrally and out wide. He would make an apt addition to Slot’s armoury at Merseyside.
